It is my pleasure to announce that the registration for EuCAP2022 is now open. 

After the last two editions done virtually, we are ready to come back to a physical edition in Madrid from Monday March 28th until Friday April 1st . “IFEMA Palacio Municipal de Congresos” conference centre is very well located, close to Madrid airport (see https://www.eucap.org/conference/venue ). 

The registration information is available at  https://www.eucap.org/conference/registration . Considering uncertainties due the pandemic situation it has been decided to keep the early bird rates and the authors registrations open until February 6th. We kindly remind you that at least one of the authors must be registered for the paper to be included in the program. 

EurAAP and EuCAP chairs are following the evolution of the pandemic, and we have decided to offer some virtual elements to open EuCAP2022 to those delegates who cannot attend physically. 

• Recorded video presentation for oral sessions and PDF of poster will be available in EDAS during the conference and for the next three months.

• Authors not able to join will have the possibility of presenting their papers via Visio conference.

• Opening ceremony, keynote, invited speakers, some industrial workshops, some oral sessions and closing ceremony will be offered also by streaming for the virtual attendees.

• The short courses (on Friday April 1st) will have a virtual format.

Please note that the registration process and the rates for virtual or physical attendance are identical. 

We hope that most of you will be able to attend physically this EuCAP2022 edition and enjoy all the technical and social activities we have prepared. More information is already available at:  www.eucap.org
