Missions for EurAAP

Since 2017, Sophie Grünfelder supports EurAAP development by promoting all its missions: a high level quality knowledge sharing (EUCAP), participation to initial and long life learning (ESoA), active commitment to qualified networks (WG), accessibility to careers opportunities.

The main activities for this overall support are:

  • General development of EurAAP services and offers (HR promotion for Phd/Job offers, initial and long life learning promotion with ESoA, and EUCAP/ESoA professional satisfaction surveys, )
  • Relationship management (network promotion, worldwide vote process, notoriety and visibility improvement...)
  • Communication plans (impact actions, qualification and attractiveness of informations including website and social medias)


[Biography]

Sophie Grünfelder was born in France, in 1979. She received the Master of Business Administration from IAE school of management, Nancy, France. From 2007 until 2016 she was head of the several public institutions where the purpose of her work was organization and development of public services with a special focus on HR management and quality of working life.

Since 2016, she is consultant in human value of organizations, satisfaction management and business development for international organizations. She's also teacher in management for several business schools and universities in France.

She's an active member of different organizations promoting management's best practices in France as AGRH (francophone human resources management association) and two dutch professional networks.

Missions for EurAAP

Since 2012, Sivia Casali has been working with EurAAP, firstly providing support to the PCOs of the various editions of EuCAP for the configuration of the EuCAP website and the online registration of delegates and the exhibitors at the conference. In 2016, she became the manager of the EurAAP registration system at the EuCAP conference. Every year, she leads the EUCAP welcome desk. She is an active member for EurAAP development regarding all data management. Working closely with all EurAAP board members she's involved in the coordination of EurAAP registration.

The main activities for this overall support are: 

  • EDAS configuration ( EDAS set-up with all parameters like topics, applications, convened sessions, reviewers, to host the papers for a given year)
  • EDAS management ( registration of scientific papers before EUCAP, administrative and technical support to the Technical Program Chairs during all the selection process) 
  • EurAAP CRM (active member of advisory committee)


[Biography]

Silvia Casali was born in Livorno, Italy in 1983. She received a degree in "Technician of Psychiatric Rehabilitation" in 2005 and then a degree in "Economics and Business" in 2010 at the University of Pisa, Pisa, Italy.
Since 2011, he works at the IT consulting company ITLINK s.r.l. in Pisa, Italy.

Since 2018, Sérgio Matos has been a consultant for EurAAP, providing technical assistance to the EuCAP Steering Committee and TPC chairs. He role is to gather the cumulate knowledge gained during EuCAP past editions regarding the submission, review, decision and conference program elaboration processes.  The goal is to guarantee the professionalism, continuity and overall reputation of the conference according to EurAAP/EuCAP policies and still provide enough degrees of freedom to the current LoC of EuCAP so they can implement their own organization strategies.

    Sérgio Matos was born in Torres Vedras, Portugal, on November 3, 1981. He received the Licenciatura and Master’s degrees from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), Lisbon, Portugal, in 2004 and 2005, respectively, both in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In 2010, he obtained the Ph.D degree in IST with honours. He is currently an Assistant Professor of the Department of Information Science and Technology, at ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute. He is also a researcher at the Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT) in Lisbon.
